I arrived at 10 pm and left at 11:30 pm on a Friday night because the vibe was not great.

Let me be fair to the venue. It was a nice place with good music and professional dancers. Paying the 1,000 entry fee gains you lots of free drinks. The venue did everything technically correct. This earns it the first 3 stars.

I subtract 2 starts because the venue was 90% male and 90% empty on a Friday night at 11:30 pm. I accept the venue can’t fully control who turns up. But my expectations were very far removed from the positive reviews I read online.

Maybe it gets better later at night. Maybe I came on the wrong night. But try and figure out what the vibe is like in the club before you pay the entry fee. If it’s good then go for it. If not good, maybe skip or come back later and...
