Torejaras — Local services in Osaka

In Japan for my holidays, an older lady with a bob behind the counter, unresponsive as I stood waiting for her attention, when I said “hello” she gave me a dirty look. I ask for a card to look at and she threw the clip board down with a sheet of paper and expected me to know what to do, baring in mind I couldn’t read Japanese, all she could say after I said, I didn’t understand is ” number! Name! Price!” She then proceeded to tell and demand me where to stand and pointed towards the floor “wait here!” In a very very rude manner,which was a step to the right of the counter which baffled me, it’s actually laughable, as from my whole experience of Japan so far, the people and the customer service have been perfect. This woman must hate foreigners or something, it left me in a bad mood. She probably should not work in customer service, in the heart of Osaka...

Expensive, not a wide variety of franchises, staff is lacking in both knowledge and numbers... There are plenty of other stores in the area so if you're there already and couldn't find what you were looking for go ahead and check it out, but it's not worth going all the way there just...
