Came here to get 2 bottles of water bottle and got the shittiest attitude I’ve ever received from this Vietnamese cashier. First, there was no one at the counter as the two Vietnamese ladies were busy stocking up. Then, I had to grabbed their attention for check out and right away I got the shittiest annoying face from the lady who voluntarily help with the check out. She then pointed the “if you need a coffee sign” instead of “plastic bag sign” to me, so I said no (we got that on my GoPro camera btw). Once she was done with the checkout, we were in awe cause no bags were given to us when I requested for a plastic bag. I looked for her and she just rolled her eyes at me. Disgusting attitude. I confronted her by explaining to her that she pointed the coffee sign instead of plastic bag sign. Worst customer service received ever. Why are 7-11 hiring foreigners in when they can only speak limited English and...

The late night clerk is a Chinese person from mainland China and he is very rude.

He spoke Mandarin to pretty much everyone, guests from nearby hotels might be from South Korea, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, etc… but this clerk just assume everyone understood Chinese. I thought we are in Japan?

The staff who has the name of 黃X丹is extremely rude. He couldn’t care less about customer service and let us stood there for like 10 mins. I would suggest everyone to stay away from this store and go to other...
