The only one BAD experience I had in all 25 vacation days in Japan, as a tourist that not speak japanese. I came here to experience Ueshima coffee hoping for an excellent service as they are one of most important in Japan. Unfortunately the staff wasn't any helpful (in 99% of places in Japan staff are helpful and very polite) and I had to pay twice for my coffee as they apparently were not in the mood to understand what I was trying to say, even with translator app. My morning set menu was supposed to have coffee however the coffee was handed separately and they didn't explain it to me.
