Worst customer service ever. I would rate negative if possible.

My family were shopping around the area and was looking for some comfortable shoes since we didn’t bring any. Since my dad has recently gained weight, his old size doesn’t fit him anymore. So we asked the staff to try 3 different sizes of a pair of shoes.

The attitude of the staff was TERRIBLE. At first, he was laughing with other staffs and making fun of us, which is very unethical. He started slapping boxes and shoes since we asked him for a 2nd size.

After finding the right size, turns out that pair of shoes was not comfy at all, so we decided not to take it.

The staff was literally rolling eyes at us and started slapping the boxes heavily. It was so loud that all other customers started looking this way. We felt deeply wronged as changing size was a very regular request.

Unfortunately the sales staff weren’t helpful at all. Was asking about walking shoes and was directed to go to the basement then told that I needed to go back up one floor and no one was around to help me or consult me. I had no idea what shoe to buy and was hoping to get help/advice but no one was helping me. I even went to the cashier to talk and they didn’t tell the floor staff that I was trying to find something. They lost a sale. Also the top floor guy was just standing around not really being helpful and when I talked to him he had a very standoffish attitude. This store is really just about buying the shoe you already know about or want. I’m not sure there are any staff members who actually have a vast knowledge on shoes or what inserts to buy. Blatant disrespect and the worst service I’ve experienced anywhere.It didn’t matter if I spoke Japanese or English—staff either ignored me completely or responded with smirks and attitude. I asked about a specific shoe I could see on display, and after being brushed off by three different employees, I was told they couldn’t help.
