I had an exceptional experience with KOMEHYO (コメ兵) SHINJUKU WOMEN. I was looking for a specific necklace on their website and found it available at their Kobe store, 548 km away from Tokyo. I discovered that I could add the item to my cart and check out to transfer the necklace to any of their other stores. I requested a transfer to the SHINJUKU WOMEN store because they had the matching ring for the necklace.

Upon submitting my request, I received an email acknowledgment that the necklace was expected to arrive at my preferred store within two business days. I visited the store to have personal contact with their Customer Service to follow up on the transfer, as I was very eager to get the necklace. The lady I met was incredibly helpful. She was already aware of the transfer and because I had noted in my request that I wanted the matching ring, she had proactively reserved it for me. Sadly, the ring was two sizes smaller. She asked me to add the store’s LINE Customer Service chat so she could notify me when the necklace arrived.

Miss Zhang assisted my wife in jewelry dept despite she was in charge of the Handbag dept. Bought a VCA ring at very affordable price and Miss Zhang help answer a lot of questions which initially was help by someone from jewelry dept who doesn’t speak much English. Ask Miss Zhang which was helping my wife in handbag dept. to help us in Jewelry and she said yes instantly and we so glad to make a purchase with her. Got the ring appraised and it was well worth the money we paid. Miss Zhang was even patiently help us when our Credit Card got declined due to Bank Error.
