While in Tokyo we had been searching high and low for a very specific Louis Vuttion bag that is out of production. We stopped in to Lips they did not have the bag at their location but did have it at another. They offered to get the other bag from another shop in a different city of Japan, we came back to the store 24 hours later and they had the bag.
