Went with the intention to buy two pieces, and I didn’t try too hard with my fit because I’m traveling from Canada. So I wore my converse, a stuzzy Van zip hoodie, my Prada purse and some Vivienne Westwood jewelry, and when I say the senior sales woman with long black hair was one of the worse most judgmental sales associates I’ve ever met, I mean it. My fiancé even caught her looking my fit up and down and I assume she judged me because I wore converse and a hoodie, instead of a full high-end fit or smthing. I also worked and have friends in high-end designer fashion retail, and I know you get discounts and wardrobed so for this girl to judge me so hard, girl bye. When I walked in I was looking at the gold rings originally and she had the audacity to be like silver is this way, and directed me towards the silver pieces and didn’t even let me look. When I asked about pendants she brushed me off and said they were sold out and didn’t even bother to check other locations. The taller black haired guy was very kind tho, and he ended up helping me and my fiancé out. He even tried to find us other alternatives in the more dainty styles I was looking for when the rings I wanted were sold out in my size. My fiancé and I ended up buying only one ring, as sadly the other pieces weren't quite my vibe. As well, when we were buying my fiancés ring the tall dark haired senior associate woman came up to the guy associate who was helping us create our account (as we don’t have an official Chrome Hearts retailer in Canada) shocked we were buying something. Read moreOne of the best experience in Chrome heart! I was served by a kind and nice lady on 6 July 2025 on level 2. She was so attentive and nice upon arrival she greeted warming and complemented my bracelet and other accessories. I was looking for a ring to compliment my new set up and she was so nice to go the extra mile to stock check for my size. Maybe I over estimated my size since I am used to the US sizing standards. But no doubt she was so nice to take 1 close to my size to try on. To my surprise it fits perfectly and compliments my setup well. Than I was taken to B1 to continue shopping the gentlemen at B1 we complimented each others accessories. Than I was offered a trucker hat which made my day. During payment they only accept physical card and not apple pay so I had to go back to my hotel to take it. They kept the items for me even thought i took longer than promised. What an experience! This made my day! Even the Lady at level one was so welcoming, greeted so nicely.

Alice in specific was a gem of a person, who treated me like an old friend with charm and respect, and she spoke English.
