I stumbled upon Black Boutique by chance during my trip to Japan. Tucked away on the 6th floor of a building in Ginza, it wasn’t on my radar—I had originally been searching for a boutique that carried clothing. In addition to Chanel purses, Black Boutique also offered Chanel clothing. The store was clean and organized. My main goal was to find a pre-loved Chanel purse in Tokyo, though I never expected to discover it at Black Boutique. Dai Zeyu was incredibly helpful, guiding me through their selection and assuring me that they offer the best prices for Chanel purses. Before stopping here, I had already explored Brand Off and browsed Co&Co in Ginza. But ultimately, I returned to Dai, who helped me find the perfect classic Chanel purse—complete with its original box, bags, and all the essentials. It was in impeccable condition, so I made the purchase! Now back in the U.S., I can confidently say that a find like this would be nearly impossible in my hometown. I’m beyond grateful to Dai and her team for their professionalism and support during my purchase. I absolutely love my new Chanel purse! For those with an eye for Hermes, the 5th floor boasts an impressive selection of stunning Hermes purses. But this time, my heart was set on Chanel. I'm not exaggerating when I say that I have been to over 100 stores looking for great prices on 2nd hand luxury bags. I went to Osaka because every video said that was the best place for bags. There wasn't a store I didn't go to.

Every store that I would go to, the Chanel prices were RIDICULOUSLY high, so I didn't even bother.

Until finding this place. The prices here were AMAZING! The quality, the selection, the staff, everything was to the highest standards. I never felt rushed, I never felt like they were bothered by me asking questions, so much so that the 1st time I was there I spent an hour of their time and didn't buy anything until 2 days later.

Genuinely one of the best shops and customer service I have ever experienced. Also, this store ONLY sells Chanel. Don't go there if you're looking for LV, Dior, or anything else. Downstairs they have Orange Boutique which ONLY sells Hermes.

I want to also state that this isn't a paid ad, this wasn't 1 of those places that will knock off ¥1,000 for writing a review in front of them (many stores in Tokyo do this). Great store! My wife and I were visiting from the US and wanted to explore Tokyo’s amazing secondhand luxury market and she found this store on TikTok. This store is difficult to find (several stories up and accessible by an elevator that is easy to miss) but they have a fantastic selection with great pricing compared to many other stores in the Tokyo area. We were able to find a Chanel purse in perfect condition for an amazing deal. The staff was very friendly and assisted my wife with looking at several purses before landing on the Chanel. They were so excited to see foreigners in the store and asked us how we found them. We asked if there was a good coffee shop nearby and one of the staff offered to walk us in person in the pouring rain so we could find it and when we politely declined because we felt bad they drew us a map so we could find it. If you are looking for luxury items there are so many options throughout Tokyo but I recommend the extra effort to check out Black Boutique; you won’t be disappointed.
