COACH Ginza Store — Local services in Tokyo

I like to visit coach every country we visit, sometimes I see something that I haven’t seen in the US, we got 2 bags, one for my daughter, sales was nice with the little English they speak, 2 day later my daughter change her mind cause she saw something in another store, so we went back to return one of the bags( non of them were on sale) so I know what the return policy is, they ask me why I wanted to return it and I was honest and told the truth, so the girl went and talk to the manager and came back and told me they couldn’t return it just because I want to spend my money in another store 😱so I told them that I knew what the return policy was but didn’t get nowhere, so got very frustrated and told them I wanted her answer in writing so I can dispute the charges with my credit card, and the sales woman came back with OK we’ll return it this time 😳this...

Honestly our shopping experience here was not good. I came to this store with my wife and children today and my wife bought a hand bag, but service level by staff was not good. A staff requested us to make our child silent although we tried to let child not cry. One more thing is, my wife did not get any box for hand bag although Coach website shows box. We felt we could get better shopping experience at Coach outlet store at Mitsui premium outlet in Yokohama (visited in same week too) than...

COACHの店員は知識不足です 他のCOACH店でカバンの修理を出す際に「期間限定の物で同じカバンの紐が無いために修理が出来ない」と言われ 「同じ色じゃなくて良いです、似たような色でいいです。大切な人達が選んでくれた大切なカバンなんです、似たような色でも無理ですか？」と聞くと はっきりと「色を合わせて作るため無理です」と言われて修理に出せず終わりました。 紐がちぎれるのも時間の問題で 修理も出来ないと言われて使えなくなるならと正規以外の場所で修理を出しました。 そしたら紐から糸がでてきて……とてもじゃないけど辛すぎて 東京の本店に行きました じゃあそこのCOACH店では似たような色で紐を付けることが出来ると言われました。 こっちからしたら「はぁ？別のCOACH店で出来ないと言われたら正規以外の場所で修理するしかなかったのに」となり しまいには正規以外の場所で修理した事によって追い出されてしまいました。。。 COACHの店員は無知識なんだな……別の場所では出来ない言ってたのにこのCOACH店では出来る言ってたり……修理持っていく前にリペア聞いてから持っていくんだったと後悔

大切なカバンだったのでショックです 。その為COACH職員には☆1ないです。 COACHは大切な人達が選んでくれたメーカーな為、COACHから買える気はありませんが修理に関したらCOACH店員場所によって無知識とわかった為持っていく前にリペアに電話して確認とってから、修理が大丈夫だった事を伝えて修理出します。 大切なカバンを亡くした勉強ありがとうございました。 腹たったので別COACH店で似たようなカバンを購入したのでそちらを代わりにこれから大切にしようと思いました。。 掛け持ち仕事を何個もしてこつこつ貯めたお金で買った初めてのブランド物だったのに今...
