Served sizzling hot, the steak arrived with a beautifully seared crust that released an irresistible smoky aroma. Cutting into it revealed a perfectly pink medium-rare interior, with juices glistening under the light. Each bite of the filet melted effortlessly, while the strip side provided a satisfying chew and depth of flavor. It was the perfect balance of tenderness and robustness, showcasing both precision in cooking and the quality of the beef itself.
Before the main course, we were treated to BLT’s signature Popovers. These oversized pastries, golden on the outside and airy on the inside, were absolutely addictive. The bread was very yummy too, with champagne. They were also very accommodating to my partner’s allergy, and swapped out the tuna dish with bacon dish.
