I recently had the pleasure of visiting Gucci in Shinjuku, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish!
What truly made my visit exceptional was the service provided by my sales associate, Ryota Kimura. From the moment I walked in, Ryota was welcoming and attentive. He took the time to understand my preferences and helped me navigate the collections with genuine enthusiasm and expertise. His knowledge of the products and the brand was impressive, making it easy for me to find exactly what I was looking for.
Ryota’s friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile truly set him apart. He made the shopping experience not just enjoyable but memorable. I left the store feeling valued and satisfied with my purchases, all thanks to his exceptional service.
If you’re in Shinjuku and looking for a luxury shopping experience, I highly recommend visiting Gucci and asking for Ryota. You won't be disappointed!

Read moreI bought shoes, I really thought they were cute, I bought them back to the hotel, tried them on for my 21 year old daughter in the room, she wasn’t fond of them. I wrote my lovely Gucci salesperson and said I’d bring them back. I arrived and they showed me that there was water droplets on the heels. I was really shocked because I hadn’t worn them out of the room, and then I became so upset! I insisted that Gucci take them back and I got really angry and asked to talk to the manager several times. One of the salespeople laughed at me! I was so upset, from her laughing at me, and not being able to return the shoes - I checked the website and I realized that indeed due to the water dots on the sole, it was true, I could not return them. Two of the salespeople were really very professional with me, during an emotional moment, but I still am really disappointed and shocked that a Gucci salesperson laughed at me. I was so humiliated and it left such a bad taste...
Read moreThe worst service I have ever seen in luxury brand shops. They sold me a sample and even didn’t notice me about that. Eventually, when I came home, I found many scratches and even glue inside in my so-called “new bag”. Amazing 👏🏻 Of course I wasn’t able to check my bag properly right in the shop, simply because the lightning doesn’t you allow to do so, you just can’t notice any flaws! The next day, when I came to the shop again to change my sample used bag to a new one, I didn’t hear even a single «申し訳ございません». Is this a normal attitude in this shop? In Shinjuku store? Or all over Tokyo? Yes, they changed my bag by delivering it from another close store, but this is not a service you expect to get from a high-class brand. What a shame. The staff’s attitude destroys any intention...
