This is a great shop and will be my go-to shop in Japan! They’re foreigner friendly and made the process seamless. I broke one of my gel nails loading my luggage into the car on the way to the airport. I arrived in Japan and immediately found this shop on Google. It was 50 mins by train from where I was staying but I liked the ease of their online appointment system and I saw they had a cute fixed monthly design. The shop was close to the train exit and fairly easy to find. The shop was super cute and very clean. The nail artist was so nice and offered my kids Netflix to watch and a small snack while they waited for me. She took good care in working on my nails and I was so happy with the design and results. On my broken nail, she added a half extension so it matched the length of my other nails. I did notice it was a bit loose after a few days. By day 6, it had completely loosened and I reached out to them via IG. The manager was extremely apologetic and offered to repair it for free. I was able to stop by the following day and she personally took care of the repair. She even offered me a gift as an apology for the inconvenience. Needless to say, I will be returning to them whenever I’m in Japan. Even after a week, my nails still look like a fresh set. One of the best work I’ve had.

During my consult I showed some photos of custom Kirby nails with hearts and they guided me to choose the appointment type that had the amount of time needed to accomplish it. The artist, Kent, was incredible and matched the photos with his own flair for some of the nails. Amazing talent!
