I accidentally left my passport at this convenience store after using the printer. When I first returned to ask about it, a Southeast Asian male staff member seemed a bit impatient with my inquiry. He barely turned around, quickly rummaged through the cabinet without much effort, and told me there was no passport left behind. I felt that he was too dismissive, so I quit seeking further help from him.
A few hours later, I came back and asked a Japanese female staff member instead. She took my concern seriously, crouched down, carefully searched through the cabinet, and finally found my passport! Words cannot express how grateful I am to her. I can’t imagine how terrible the situation would have been if I had believed the first staff member.
While my experience with one staff member was disappointing, I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the female staff member...
