During my recent visit to Tokyo, I had the pleasure of discovering an chocolate and macaron shop in the Ginza district. The display itself was a visual feast, showcasing an array of vibrant and meticulously crafted treats that immediately caught my eye.

I decided to try the macarons, and they were absolutely delightful. Each macaron was a perfect blend of delicate crunch and creamy filling, with flavors that were both bold.

～辻口シェフ・若林シェフありがとうございます✨～   order✎。 ❥冬のもんぶりん ￥3,000   ✼••┈┈┈┈┈┈┈Shop info┈┈┈┈┈┈┈••✼  世界中で愛されている天才ショコラティエ、 辻口博啓さんが創作するショコラのお店！ 洋菓子世界大会でも日本代表として出場され、 数々の優勝経験があるスイーツを愛する者は 誰もが尊敬する存在ですね(≧∇≦)  現在では自由が丘の有名店『モンサンクレール』を 始めとして、オーナーパティシエとして世界中を 飛び回っています(⸝ᵕᴗᵕ⸝⸝)  この日は辻口シェフに加え、リーガロイヤルホテル で長く修行をされた若林繁シェフの加わり、大変 豪華なスター共演にて素晴らしいモンブランを 頂きました！ありがとうございます♪♪  ✼••┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈••✼   pick up✎。 ➴冬のもんぶりん 過密スケジュールの中で、今回は辻口シェフ 自ら全員分作ってくれました(〃艸〃) 渋川栗のタルト生地の上にピスタチオアイスと フランボワーズが入ったメレンゲが乗せられ、 更に生クリーム、利平栗の繊細なクリームが 大胆にかけられた素晴らしいモンブラン！  最後に雪の結晶の飾りと粉糖がかけられることで、 冬の美しい情景が目に浮かぶようです♪♪ とっても大きいのですが、それぞれの味わいが 口の中で複雑に混ざり合い、全く最後まで飽きずに ペロッと食べられちゃいました！！ モンブランは色々なお店で食べてきましたが、 レベルが違いましたね！美味しかったです✨   [まとめ] 大変多忙な中で、辻口シェフや若林シェフから 直接色々なお話やもんぶりんを提供頂けるのは、 本当に夢のような体験でした！ そしてその夢を繋げて下さった関係者の皆様に、 心から感謝申し上げます♪♪♥️ 銀座本店のカフェ利用は大変残念ながら1/12～ 3/15までお休みとなり、物販のみとなります！ 本日ならまだ間に合います！そして、また再開 した際は、芸術的なスイーツに逢いに行きたいと 思っています   皆さんのご参考になれば幸いです✨    ご馳走様でした٩(ˊᗜˋ)و✧   ［関係者Instagram］ Special thanks 辻口シェフ @htsujiguchi 若林シェフ @wakabayashi_chocolat アンバサダー @takamiiwaya
