As we stood outside looking at the menu, we could see the male worker at the front glaring at us.
The moment we walked in, I greeted him in Japanese as it's generally what you do in Japan. However, the man completely ignored us and pointed us to the back of the restaurant. (Not sure if it's because we're foreigners).
Two waitresses attended to us and were friendly. We advised we couldn't eat certain products. But when the order came through it contained it. Now suddenly, the disgruntled man confronts us speaking fluent Japanese accusing us of intentionally messing up the order. But we already explained this to the waitresses. Read moreThe food was great but the service was kinda bad, I was invited to have a dinner with my Aunt and her family who where a tourist here in japan. i know the struggles of the the service industry since i got a degree and workred at that field, it's nice that they can speak english but i wish the staff would be a little less crude because foreigners might take it in a wrong way my aunt think the staff was rude so i had to explain to her that the staff didn't meant to do be rude(at least i hope so).
After serving the food the waiter who served us became more polite and thanks to that my aunt's bad mood went away plus the food was good and the steaks were cooked perfectly. We might come again because of the food, but i hope they could tone down the...
Read moreIt's unnaceptable that restaurants in Japan still discriminate foreigners. We went here because it was one of the cheapest places around the area. The first second we arrived there, the waiter was very mean to us, looking us with a displeasure face, knowing that we were hungry looking for a "good-looking" meal in Ginza. The worst part was that this same waiter threw the menu on the table with the same expression. After this, we decided to leave the place without asking for food. We still dont understand why there's people here living in Japan that still discriminate us for no reason at all. We are very dissapointed and we really recommend you to AVOID this place (specially if you are a tourist). I cant explain...
