Would give 0 stars if i could. I got a new set and nail repair done here. Originally I had a more senior employee doing my nails and she only showed me the more expensive ¥7800 designs. I saw the girl next to me holding a board of cheaper designs so I asked to see other designs but wasn’t given a cheaper option, which I brushed off. Then she switched me to a junior nail tech who was very kind but clearly inexperienced with shaping and repairs. She ripped the broken nail more 2 times by filing it when she did the repair and it hurt as it was ripping into the nail bed. She was great at design though but the gel was thinner than I like. 2 days later one of my nails broke, probably because the gel was too thin, and I’m leaving Japan so I can’t go back to get it fixed. Annoying now that I have to waste time getting it repaired somewhere else.

Love this place! 💕 the place is clean and very very good service. They have cute designs for affordable prices. There was a nice lady that took care of me i think her name is umi or ami, she’s in charge of the shop. Side story, I booked an appointment at a different nail salon when i got there they refused to do my nails, said they don’t serve foreigners. I went to a few nail shops same day but they either don’t allow walk-ins or no foreigners. I was ready to go back to my hotel, while I was walking back to the train station google maps shows there was a nail shop nearby, and thought I was gonna try one last time. When i walked in there i told the lady that i didn’t have an appointment and i could only speak a little japanese, she told me it was okay and welcomed me! i told her the story in my broken japanese, and how she made my day 🥹🫶 will definitely go back here for...

Got a base design manicure. Couldn't change any things about the design, not even a simple placement of the jewel. I was a bit annoyed because I spent a long time picking out the colors and then they used a harsh white knowing it was the wrong one, but not telling me. When I noticed they said it was too late to change, even though it was only the second coat so could have been fixed. The color they used was also pretty old and gloopy, so it turned out pretty uneven (see photos). The shaping was also not very even (see the photo of the thumb). I don't know if I got treated this way because I'm not Japanese, but overall not a great experience.

Pros: Price was reasonable (5000 yen). Place was clean.
