昨日小田急百貨店のシャネルに行ってカバンを買いました。しかし、買う過程はとても不愉快でした。私はただ一つのカバンを買ったんだが、3時間以上がかかりました。まず、彼女たちは犯人を尋問する態度で、このカバンは自分で使うかどうかを聞いています。私は自分の携帯を使う時、誰と連絡するのかと聞きました。それは全然私のプライバシーを尊重しないで、私の行動能力をコントロールしたいです。そして、全行程の会話は敬語ではなく、笑顔も無かったんです。私が帰る時、彼女たちは私にありがとうと言ってくれませんでした。第二に、私が店の前で一時間半並んでいる時に、二組の列に並ばずに入った。店員さんに聞いたら、昨日予約したので、名前を言ってもいいですって言われました。実はその後私は他のスタッフさんに聞いたら、一日前に電話して予約するルールは全然無くて、必ず店頭当日予約、当日待ちですって言われました。だから私はこのような不平等な待遇には怒りを感じます。第三に、彼女たちは私にパスポートを出さないと買えないと要求しましたが、お客さんの購入のルールには必ず提示するように要求されていません。また、全員の前で私に向かって、もし協力しないなら、すぐ帰ってくださいって言われました。だから彼女たちはわざと私を困らせて、私という外国人をいじめました。また、日本人にくだらない問題を問われる必要はないと言います。身分証を提示する必要もないと言いました。だから、この店は人種差別、人による差別待遇と疑いがあると思います。そして、このお店は自分がアイドルとしてずっと見てきたシャネルに影を落としています。この店の管理者が高素質の従業員に換えてほしいです。今度もこの店に行くなら、素質の悪い社員の名前を覚えて、彼女たちにクレームします。 I went to chanel in Odakyu Shinjuku Department yesterday and bought a Chanel bag. For me tbh, as long as I paid and a tourist, I should get the refund. How a ridiculous rule they have. In other department store I can use my mom’s card. And the staff in tax refund in B1 is just so rude.
