Shopping Experience at Watsons (Semporna Outlet)

Dear Watsons Customer Service,

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent shopping experience at your Semporna outlet. As a loyal customer who has always enjoyed shopping at Watsons for various daily essentials, this experience has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated.

Firstly, I encountered an issue with a bottle of lotion. I understand that testers are provided for customers to try out products, and non-tester items should not be opened. However, in this case, there was no tester available. If customers are not allowed to open the product, I strongly urge your store to ensure all tester products are properly prepared in advance and that sealed items are clearly labeled and properly sealed to avoid confusion.

Secondly, it is quite concerning that this outlet seems to constantly lack shopping bags. Every time I shop here, I am told there are no bags available and that I must purchase a reusable bag. While I fully support eco-friendly practices, this should not be forced upon customers due to poor stock management. A proper balance and preparation should be maintained to serve customers better.

Moreover, during checkout, only one counter was open, resulting in a long queue. The experience was made worse by overly aggressive upselling from staff, repeatedly pushing customers to add on products. This felt more like pressure than helpful service.
