Make appointment for treatment by the website this saloon have scalp treatment,and i see the price for scalp treatment “Tansan spa” only at RM 62 (u still can found it in the web) Before i go there, I call the saloon for makesure about the price and the woman pick up my call say is “Yes, RM 62 handle by the director name DESMOND” Then im otw there , when i reach the saloon , the woman who greet me infront the door, confuse to find my appointment till I mention all the details (the situation not even busy/crowded) Then they start the treatment without explain anything about the treatment One good thing is the girl who give me a treatment is friendly, After the service ,the cashier ask me pay the bill RM 188,but the website is RM62 , Im quiet surprise,why different price with website price ,the cashier said price is RM62 only for the water tansan OMG so pricey ,LOL .. i can found only RM30 for ths tansan water ,in the same building with ths saloon , RM62 for tansan water .. its crazy! Guys,better think twice for this saloon..,like got hidden charge or sumthing And to be clear ..i make appointment for “TANSAN SPA ONLY AT RM62” that ur web mentioned and ur web not mention “TANSAN WATER AT ONLY RM62” They said RM 188 for another treatment Hey , Im not make appointment for Shiseido Sublimic Fuente Forte Scalp and Tansan (Sparkling Scalp Hair Wash) RM188 Then why ask me to RM188 ??? If price RM62 only for the water, why ur staff not explain from the 1st?? and the website is “TANSAN SPA” not “TANSAN WATER” Better take out the advertisement,before anybody got trapped by ur advertising With “Tansan spa only at RM62” SPA & WATER its totally two different thing ya .. the cashier keep act like they are right and im wrong.. Honestly,I feel scammed .. this the 1st and the last .., And i dun need ur voucher...

I booked an appointment with stylist Jyi online. When I entered, I was greeted by the receptionist who asked for my name then ushered me to my room. Because I wear hijab, I requested a private room (aka VIP room). She then gave me a list of drinks to choose from, I chose chamomile, which was very delicious.

Jyi was very professional, she understood the type of haircut I wanted and she delivered. I am really enjoying the cut that she gave me.

I also requested a Shiseido Sublimic Fuente Forte with Tansan, but was unable to do the Tansan part because the machine was outside the VIP room and I couldn't risk my privacy. So we proceeded without the Tansan, it was still a very good hair treatment. I was given a scalp, neck and shoulder massage during the treatment which was very relaxing. The products that they put in my hair also smelled very fresh and clean, made my hair very soft as well. My stylist would say what product she was putting in my hair before applying it.

I very much enjoyed their fast and efficient service, they really know what they are doing. Most of the team seemed very introverted, as there was very little talking before, during and after my appointment, which is fine by me, as I am not a talker myself, I just sat back and enjoyed being pampered.

Despite arriving promptly for my scheduled hair coloring service at 5 pm, I faced disappointment as the stylist I booked was already in the shop but attended to me 35 minutes later. The delayed start set the tone for an unsatisfactory experience, and throughout the 3 hour process, her involvement was really minimal.(expect mixing colour, all done by assistants) Another disappointment escalated during the blow-drying session, where basic skills were lacking. When I was ready to leave, the assistant insisted that I wait for the stylist to perform the final touch-up. Despite expressing my desire to leave, I ended up waiting for the stylist to briefly attend to me. She asked if I need to curl hair, my answer was no but I requested a final touch for my bangs, the stylist briefly attended to me, promising a volume boost. However, after waiting for an additional 5 minutes, she failed to return, leaving me unattended until almost 8 pm.
