Went with my daughter on Friday morning. 4 staffs without customer, talking to each other whilst doing some hand movements (cleaning the counter or putting on labels..?? ) No one came to us for a good 5 mins, until I had to raise my hand (that gesture when one calls a waiter at a restaurant) for one staff to tell another staff to go assist us. (Yes, I wasn’t wearing anything fancy because I was just going mall hopping, why dress us as if I were going to a party?) i asked for the price of some stuff because the prices were not displayed. And I asked not because I was afraid I didnt have enough money to buy them, but I was merely comparing the price to Japanese yen because I am on a holiday from Japan. I was just checking if it’s worth buying in Malaysia, in case they are cheaper. Seconds after telling us the price, the staff walked away (again, there were no other customers in the store). Daughter felt annoyed (she’s half Japanese and is used to ‘kind’ customer service). So we left, and on the bright side, I saved 4% of my total monthly...

Outstanding service eventhough we walk in with our sandals and like very casual. They really don't judge by what we wear and served us with friendly customer service. We requested for same day delivery at 7pm, Ris our SA managed to go extra mile in arranging our purchase to be sent from pavilion to TRX. It's really a small purchase and he is willing to accommodate. Ris is friendly, patient, dior info savy 😉 and efficient. 😎😎 Boutique has fair range of product, sizes is limited though. During our waiting time, he ran us through some products and we were served with beverage. The utensils are from Dior, France. Kudos guys for having him...
