If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would especially for the Chinese lady in charge. I went to the store on 8/4/25 at 3:00 PM to exchange a gift that my friend had bought overseas, with a valid gift receipt in hand. Instead of assisting me, she questioned the purchase and asked for my friend’s name and contact details. I provided them after double checking with my friend, yet she still claimed she couldn’t find any record. It was humiliating and made me feel like I was being accused of something dishonest.
What is the point of having a gift receipt if it’s not even recognised? Her next move was even more shocking, she said the item needed to be sent back to Singapore for verification before I could exchange it and the process will take for a week or so. The way she spoke to me and handled the situation made me feel like a criminal, not a customer.
This is completely unacceptable from a brand like Louis Vuitton. If you can’t verify your own product, that’s your internal issue, don’t make your customers feel guilty or degraded because of it. I walked in ready to spend more than double the value of the gift, and instead I walked out feeling insulted and embarrassed.
Thankfully, I went to another boutique in KL, where they completed the exchange with no issue. I even topped up RM3,300 and most importantly, they treated me with basic courtesy and respect.
I will never again buy an LV gift for anyone. No one deserves to be treated like that, especially not when they’re doing...
Read moreIf I were given an option, this LV flagship store would have 0 star! Because of the unacceptable service I received during my recent visit to the Louis Vuitton store at TRX Mall, Kuala Lumpur. As a loyal customer of the brand, I had high expectations of the flagship experience at TRX. Unfortunately, this visit turned out to be the worst service I have ever encountered at Louis Vuitton.
The queue outside the store was poorly managed, and once I was finally allowed in, the service deteriorated further. The client advisor assigned to me, Mr. Mohd Nash, was inattentive and unprofessional. Instead of engaging with me, he appeared distracted and occupied with his phone. When I requested to view new pieces, he showed no willingness to assist, leaving me feeling dismissed and unappreciated.
Equally unacceptable was the lack of basic hospitality. At no point was I offered a seat, refreshments, or informed about engraving services — all of which should be standard at any Louis Vuitton boutique, especially one as prominent as TRX Mall. These oversights are not minor; they represent a complete failure to uphold the luxury service experience that customers, both local and international, expect from...
Read moreLooking at all the review I was having doubt to visit here or other branch but since I was there for other shopping decided to visit this store itself. The timing I went very less que so I waited maybe less than half and hour, so went it was my turn was our turn a lady approached us said we can come in but will be served shortly by the crew since all was full with clients. So we rounded for 5 mins then a guy approached named saiful, and I told him what bag I desire to buy he showed me the design and similar designs for my liking. He even asked if I want to have the drinks while I'm choosing, he was patience and even suggested me the difference of the bags I were holding & he explained the care details for the bag. Overall I left very happy with my new bag and well attended by the Sales guy Saiful. Ps : on that day I and my husband went with a very casual outfit as I were too late to dress up but we were served well so guess they have improved their services well. Do look for the guy named above for...
