I’m a regular customer at this outlet, but I was extremely disappointed with the service I received today 13/06/2025. I specifically ordered (take away) a nasi lemak original and teh tarik with zero sugar, but after rushing back to the office, I realized the drink was made with extra condensed milk, making it far too sweet — the complete opposite of what I asked for. This was very troubling, as I had to take time out of my workday to go back to the store just to have the staff correct the order. What made it worse was the poor attitude shown by both a male and a female staff member when I raised the issue. Instead of handling the complaint professionally, they responded with unfriendly facial expressions and dismissive behaviour, which is completely unacceptable — especially in the F&B industry, where customer service is so important. Also, customers shouldn’t be expected to know that “zero sugar” might still mean condensed milk is used. If there are limitations or standard practices, they should be clearly explained during the order — not after a complaint is made. I’ve attached my receipt for reference. Mistakes can happen, but how staff handle those mistakes matters. As a regular customer, I expect better. I hope the management seriously addresses this issue and trains the team to treat customers with more respect and courtesy.

I came in on Friday night, around 8.45pm. The staffs are all busy, customers need to wait sometime for the staff to take our orders. Perhaps the outlet should hire more staff for more customers’ convenience. The staffs are not that friendly, might be because it already night time, they have been working endlessly all day due to many customers especially because many people are going back to hometown because of the long holiday till Monday. I ordered original nasi lemak, priced at RM5, waited around 10 to 15 mins for my number to be called before I take my order from the counter. The space is quite limited. It is good that they provide many tables and chairs, but it is quite difficult to move around when we wanna take our orders due to the narrow space to walk around, the tables are quite close to each other When I take my order, they already reheated the nasi, quite nice. The utensils are prepared at the counter so we need take it on our own. The taste is okay, what I expect from nasi lemak. Some of the ikan bilis is quite crunchy, that is good. Apart from that, nothing interesting. Will I be coming back? Maybe, if I wanna eat nasi lemak at night in the mall. Do I recommend this place? Not sure, might need to try other menu next time.

I am pretty obsessed with this dining outlet, even though they are a chain store with outlets all over KL, they still maintain good quality and standards. I have been buying and eating their food for a few years and it has been consistently good. Well done to the team . This store have a wide variety of nasi Lemak. You can have it with chicken cook in a rich to Masak Merah sauce or Ayam Rendang. But my favourite is the bee hoon Siam. This fried been Hoon is so highly addictive. It has a combination of tamarind and some spices. It’s so simple but yet so yummy and it comes with a small portion of hard boiled egg. And what’s not to be miss you have to order the drinks I ordered iced tea it was fabulous. It was teh tarik with ice. It wasn’t too overly sweet and you can taste the aroma of the tea use. You can also purchase Chee Cheong fun steam rice roll with some fishcakes and it comes with sauce I’ve tried it before, but my favourite is still the bee hoon.

Firstly, I do not care if the staffs are friendly or not as long as they dont treat customers with an obvious attitude. This morning around 9AM I came to the shop, one female staff, was manning the cashier counter. She was small and seemed pretty young. I dont know what her problem was but when it came to my turn, she DIDNT even bother to look at me, just kept ruffling some receipts around. After a WHILE of waiting for her, I thought I'd tell her my order, Kopi C Ice Large and One bungkus of bee hoon. No response even tho I was literally infront of her. When she finally looked up, she RAISED ONE EYEBROW AND SAID "YES?" Which was odd but i dismissed it, and repeated my order, clearly saying KOPI C ICE AND BEE HOON to her, made my payment via card. They gave me TEH C instead, the staff who made the drink said it was the cashier who took the order hence pointing that it was HER (cashier) MISTAKE. That was when her (cashier) blabbering nonsense started. At first I didnt understand why I had to pay additional RM 1 when it was SHE who MISHEARD me. She started blabbering about the price and stuff and at this point I cannot tolerate her unnecessary rudeness anymore because I already felt like she has been rude to me from the start. I then gave her the RM 1 note, put it on the table and she didnt even take it. Why the heck bother with the nonsense then if you're not taking it?? Eventually the staff who made the drink gave my coffee and apologized. I told the staff its fine and informed her about the RM1 on the table because the cashier REFUSED TO take it. This was the first time I received such rude service from a staff from this branch. Before this ok je,...

The most horrible Bungkus I’ve been to. when I approached the guy at the cashier, he told me to WAIT for him before ordering because he needed to susun the receipts. I don’t understand why he prioritized that issue when he was supposed to take customer’s order first. After that I waited for almost 15 minutes for a the kaya+butter toast and boiled eggs. The staff were simply chit chatting casually and some of them at the counter didn’t bother to speed up the pace KNOWING there are many people waiting in line. But it is very obvious that they don’t care. one of the male staff accidentally spilled a drink at the counter so they had to redo the drink and cleaned the mess. Once they were done, the male staff SUDDENLY pulled my food from the counter that was actually sitting there the entire time. Basically I waited so long for my food only to realize it was already settled. It wasn’t monitored or announced. It was ignored. In the end, they got my order wrong anywyas. I got Kaya and peanut butter instead. Not surprisingly, my bread was cold. Please either change the team or tell them to step up because this wasn’t the first time it happened. I work in NU Sentral and have firsthand experienced their attitude from time to time But today was simply the worse one. Why on earth would you hire...
