Went for dropping off my empties for the biglittlethings campaign. The staff that “assisted” me was very rude. Not welcoming at all. The store is empty except for one other customer who were there being assisted for the same reason as i am. Then this other older SA came and asked me what i need. The way he was assisting is like as if i had disturb him on his fine day. Even if the store is empty, you still had a job to do. After its done he asked me if i would like to purchase anything and i said no (honestly who would with that kind of service?) and he made a face and sighed really loudly as if im beneath him. Please address the behavior of your male Chinese staff member who was working on 20/9/24 around 12:30 PM. This is the second time we’ve encountered him, and once again, his attitude was condescending, sarcastic, and judgmental. His customer service was just terrible. We returned hoping for a better experience, but we were met with the same rude and dismissive service.

To the management of L’Occitane KLCC, this staff member is costing you significant sales. My friend was ready to make a purchase, but we had to leave because his behavior completely ruined our shopping experience. Many reviews mention this individual, and you are losing customers...

There were two sales advisors there. The older one, a male with dyed hair and colored contact lenses, was very rude. The way he assisted was extremely impolite. When I inquired about ongoing sales (having visited other franchises with promotions before), he sarcastically replied that our brand never had sales, and prices were all displayed. I then asked politely if the first bottle was a tester (as it had a double-sided sticker but no tester label), explaining I wanted to smell the shampoo before purchasing.
