Yes for take away or grab food, but a big no for dine-in. I kind of have a love-hate relationship with this place because whenever I dine in, they always disappoint me. However, it's a different story if you just order from GrabFood. Last night, I decided to give it a try again and was quite disappointed. I'm not going to complain about the order taking so long because it's normal, with quite a lot of people there. But: 1. I ordered a hot snack pack and added on spicy red sauce where we had to pay an extra RM2. But they gave me ordinary chili sauce. It was fortunate for me because I know how the spicy red sauce looks and tastes, so I went to the counter and told them they gave me the wrong order. They asked if they could just top it with the correct one, which I refused because I didn't want to taste the ordinary chili sauce as it just tastes like those chili sauces on burger ramly. Please pay attention to the order. Imagine if someone doesn't know how spicy red sauce looks and tastes, they order it and get ordinary chili sauce instead. 2. I don't know if you were really rushing, but my hot snack pack was really oily. 3. Please consider adding more tables. Most of your KOLs highlighted your place as "port lepak," where lepak means you can eat peacefully and slowly and spend at least 1-2 hours there. But in fact, I had to eat fast because I was surrounded by people who were waiting for me to finish my food and sit at my table. I stayed not even 1 hour after the food came. Even when my partner threw the trash, there was another customer who took his seat already and I got asked if we finished eating already. Like relax, sis, let me finish my drink first at least 🥲 But overall, I don’t recommend dining in on weekends, but I know the food is actually good, especially the shawarma, etc. But yeah, I guess you may want to enjoy it at home until they have a bigger place. *The picture attached shows the correct sauce, so if you want to add spicy red sauce, you already know it's actually more orangey.

"I had the worst Shawarma I've ever tried in my life. I would rate this poor Shawarma 0.2/10. It left me utterly disappointed and questioning my life choices. I cannot find words to describe how tasteless and dry it was. There was no sauce, no mayonnaise, nothing! The Shawarma was sloppily assembled, with unevenly distributed fillings. Additionally, it was incredibly soggy and drenched in oil to the point where the excess oil dripped onto the floor and onto my pants. My hand was completely coated in oil. The sheer amount of oil they used in this Shawarma could be compared to a small jar of oil. I have no idea how many liters of oil they used, but it was a traumatizing and extremely poor experience. I will never visit this place again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, literally anyone." And for the price, it was incredibly expensive to the point where each person had to spend about RM16-20 just for this poor Shawarma. The fries were excessively salty to the extent that I couldn't even keep them in my mouth for a minute. The Shawarma itself left me with a stomach ache and caused me to vomit. The amount of garlic sauce in the Shawarma was overwhelming, to the point where the entire wrap smelled strongly of garlic, as if I were eating a whole garlic clove."

Finally got to try this place out. Tucked at the corner of Tun HS Lee road, this little HSP shop is a take on the famous meat box that you see in Australia and New Zealand. It was rather quiet for a Sunday on the streets and at the shop. A friendly female staff took our order. She repeated what we ordered and was given a number for our order. It was a cool & quiet night so dining outdoors was actually quite fun. Ordered their chicken and beef shawarmas + their famous signature chicken and beef combo hot snack pack. The shawarmas were of good sized portions and can be shared if you are small eaters plus if you also ordered the HSP too. We loved how the wrap was filled with meat, onions, lettuce, cheese and sauce. For the HSP you can choose from their selection of sauces & we chose their signature garlic, smoky BBQ & mayo magic combo. The dish did not disappointed and we enjoyed every single bite. On a side note: the beef comes in minced form and not sliced pieces usually we see at other doner kebab places. Do give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Ambiance: 7/10 - place where you can eat in or just chill out with chairs outside of the restaurant.

Staff: 6/10 - the cashier can’t really hear us and we also can’t really hear her .

Location : 2/10(crowded and busy)- car smoke while you’re eating outside 🥲

Car park: 3/10- nothing to do with the restaurant btw. There is car park across the street but it’s RM 7 for 1 hour.

Price : 5/10 expensive if you choose to add this and that . medium if you don’t add on anything.

The concept of HSP is there , but does it satisfy my cravings back in Aussie ? No

Big Boss HSP only have chicken to start with when i was there and you basically have 1 thing in the menu ,which is your HSP and shawarma . If you can’t make it right then it’s a problem .

Will try once and never come back situation.

Start with the BASIC fries. you are using shoe string fries and mine tasted like it’s been cooked twice to reheat or something. it’s oily and literally no potato in it . dry up . all basically crunchy and oily . like eating keropok. My suggestion if you could change it to crinkle cut fries or thicker cut fries . that will cook even better and will soaked up all your sauces.

2nd add on toppings . i add on cheese and i can barely find any . and the crisp booster ? tasted exactly like your fries. so not so good there .

your sauces tho . it’s good . but your special sauce need to be more kick so that we could taste what we added too.

hope you take my criticism as a positive thing to improve in the future . will come back if you have beef and lamb plus improve...

Went to their new outlet in TTDI:

At this current point in time, super not worth the money.

My husband and I ordered the Combo A @ RM48.90 which included: 1x Large HSP (chicken + beef, sweet chilli, smokey bbq and signature garlic sauce) 1x Beef shawarma 2x canned drinks

When we opened the hsp container, I was immediately disappointed by the fact that they used minced beef instead of sliced beef, like the original Australian HSP does (Big Boss made the claim that they are “Bringing you the famous HSP from Australia”, you can check their IG). There was hardly any chicken in the hsp, which was disappointing since that’s where the real meat was. The sauces were very underwhelming with barely any flavours, there was a sour aftertaste to the sauces. Barely any cheese in the hsp, too. The beef shawarma was made using the same, tasteless, low quality minced beef that was jam packed with chewy, inedible beef cartilage. The beef inside was soggy, oily and unfortunately, very tasteless. The oiliness and sogginess of the beef is causing my husband and I to feel really nauseous and jelak, even 1 hour after we ate it. After drinking soda after soda, we can still feel the thickness of the oil at the back of our throats.

The good thing I’ll say is the hsp fries were fried really well. But that’s it.

Hopefully Big Boss HSP can take this as constructive criticism: your recipes need a real revamp. R&d your recipes again or hire a consultant to...
