Beautiful new little shop with a selection of funky glasses. I have made a pair at my sight, it was ready within a week and I love them! Have worn them for about a month, quality's good so far. It comes with a lovely little case.

Nonetheless customer service has been a disappointment ruining my overall experience. The (only) young man serving there couldn't care less answering my questions and seemed bothered to help clarifying certain points with much condescension each time. When gently given a feedback on how I've been treated, he did not take it into consideration if not denying it.. I have thus left with a bitter memory of the place not recommending to whoever wishes to feel welcomed.

Also opening hours were not always respected - closed...

I purchased three glasses here and the lenses were not a good fit. They told me they will give me a refund for them and took out the lenses. They have not given me the refund and don’t answer their emails or calls. I talked...

No suelo dejar reseñas, pero esta vez sí lo amerita. ¡Quedé encantada con la calidad de los lentes! Uso progresivos, y no siempre es fácil dar con algo que quede bien… pero aquí lo lograron.​ A​yer recogí mi segundo par de lentes en la tienda de Polanco y quedaron perfectos. El diseño, las micas, todo increíble. Además, el servicio fue súper amable y atento en todo momento.
