My German student wanted souvenirs of New Zealand to take home for family & friends, particularly a sheep, keyrings & other bits & pieces. We got into Wellington late & this was the only place still open after 5pm on a Saturday. There is a large range of goods from high end to budget. See is thrilled with her items & the staff...

Terrible customer service. The staff at this store don't seem to want to answer my questions about the prices or look at me at all. Instead, I had to wait for them to do so. I am the customer ok?!

What's the point of selling cheaper supplements but terrible customer service? Won't come back again 😡
