It was truly a pleasure to work with David on this property deal, we have been seeking for a property purchase for a while and the agents we contacted during this period did not offer up much information except the price or what was available online. On the first email from David he provided us with as much in depth information from the start, being based overseas this made understanding the property much easier without having to go back and forth. We did the discussion of the property over the Christmas and New Year’s holiday period and David has always made himself available for any queries we might have despite the time zone differences to a point where we felt bad having to reach out really late in the evening. He kindly offered to do a walk around the property on a video call for us to view the property virtually. The negotiations took some co-ordination as well with the vendors being based overseas as myself but David handled it all seamlessly.

Best agent we've ever had. We recently sold in Auckland and bought in Aurthur's Point. We were very unfamiliar with the QT market and were still living in Auckland at the time. We saw a house we liked but couldn't get there in person, so reached out to an agent to take us through virtually.
