Highly recommend! Me and my partner came here on our first day in Queenstown pretty late in the evening, we were keen on doing a heli hike that would give us the best opportunity to experience mount cook national park. We spoke to Andy who was an absolute legend and helped us decide which tour to book, he took everything into account including the best day weather wise to be doing the tour. Turned out we would be best doing the tour the following day, he organised everything for us on such short notice including our car hire. I myself am someone who likes to do all her research and make sure I’m doing something the best way possible, andy did such an awesome job offering us many ways of seeing mount cook and the glaciers, so glad we took his advice and drove to mount cook ourselves, It Was an unforgettable experience. It was so easy to book on the spot I didn’t feel I needed to go back to the hotel and check out other possibilities, so of course we went back to book our jet boat tour too. Definitely a must visit if you are planning on booking any tours, and whether you know what you are after or you want someone to take care of everything for you these guys know exactly what they are doing and know how to make your holiday amazing!!!...

To start, Andy at the booking center is incredibly great. My friend and I had had two helicopter tours in Franz Josef and a scenic Milford flight canceled on the days leading up to us walking in to the booking center. Andy listened to exactly what we wanted and helped us book the perfect flight experience from Queenstown to Milford with a glacier and alpine landing. He sent multiple confirmations that eased our minds about whether it would happen.

Our pick-up from the hotel and drive to the heli-pad by Olivia was also fun and smooth. We loved our pilot Pete who narrated what we were seeing and pointed out even a few deer on the mountain sides and beautifully navigated us to a glacier landing, the sound, and a beautiful alpine lake landing. He made sure we got great views of a waterfall and for breathtaking routes over mountain peaks. Each time we took off and landed was also such a smooth experience!!
