I was just able to check the card balance of my prezzy card as of this writing. On 4/01/2025, at 17:04, I used my Prezzy Card to pay for the small Doll Spring Roll Pastry. I swiped the card and the Male Checkout operator said that it was declined. I told him that the prezzy card takes the form of cash. Then, he made me try one more time. So, I swiped again, and the Checkout Operator said, it was declined and that he advised me that your establishment was not accepting prezzy card. As I did not want to argue with the Male Checkout Operator, I was prompted to use my debit card to pay for the Doll Spring Roll Pastry worth $3.49.
On verifying the balance today, it appears that the 2x declined amount of $3.49 went through. In effect, the Checkout Operator charged me 3x for a $3.49 one(1) Doll Spring Roll Pastry as I finally paid the amount using my Westpac debit card. In aggregate, I paid the amount of $10.47. This Supermarket owes me a change of $6.98. Can you please advise how Am I able to get this back and who Am I going to approach about this? Should the management of this Supermarket refuse to honour the error they made, I might be forced to take this to the District Court even if the amount is only a pittance.

Read moreRude Cashier with Nasty Comments behind the Counter!! On Saturday the 9th of September (5pm). While I was waiting in the line, a lady who was in front of me asked the cashier how much the pair of kids scissors was. Obviously, there was no price tag on it. The cashier replied her that’s $1.50. The lady said she didn’t want it.
Surprisingly, that cashier turned her head around and whispered to her colleague, “she doesn’t EVEN want a thing which ONLY costs her $1.5” (in the language the customer doesn’t understand and with a sarcastic voice).
This is an outrageous behavior to judge a customer, especially in a language that the customer doesn’t understand. It’s your fault not to put the price tag on, and the customers have the rights to check the price. Shame on that cashier!!! You guys need to train that cashier, and I would like to see you working towards your professionalism! I’m considering to bring this issue to the public media if you guys cannot take...
Read moreI had the strangest experience at this supermarket on 11/1/24 mid afternoon. Whilst browsing I overheard a male staff member yelling at a female employee at the top of his voice behind the rice section area which was quite shocking, then when I went to pay for my items the male cashier saw me waiting, turned away ignored me and continued filling up blueberries into punnets at the cashier desk, no hygiene, no gloves or anything just his bare hands, turned around a minute later saw me still waiting with an attitude like what am I still doing here? Umm buying food to pay his wages WTH!?? Judging by previous reviews there seems to be a history of customer service neglect here signalling problems within this workplace environment but I am also concerned for staff wellbeing, something just seems off and not right...
