Good Day Tattoo — Local services in Waitematā

Myself and three friends all received tattoos at this establishment. The service was lovely, but unfortunately the good vibes did not make up for the fact that all four of us have had an undesirable result in our tattoos. For a company advertising to be skilled in several tattooing styles all fine line tattoos received and extensive fallout, in some cases, the tattoos no longer recognisable as whole parts of lettering had fallen out and other quality issues. The two flash designs I chose were certainly NOT fine line designs, however, the way the artist went over the stencil was in fine lines and I even asked if they could be made thicker to match the design, after which she did thicken up some lines, however only doing parts has resulted in a patchy uneven finish once healed as well as some lines being barely visible. I have never had any of these problems after healing of my other tattoos, this one looks like it was done by a very new apprentice in comparison to the many other flash pieces I have received.

I do not understand how leaving a legitimate review is malicious attack and trying to get a free tattoo. I did not ask for a refund and posted Proof of the undesirable result. Infact I have spent more money for another artist to fix up the lines next week bc I do like the tattoo, ur designs are cool, the execution was not what I expected after only seeing good reviews on your site. I decided to leave a review after my friend as I waited for mine to fully heal before commenting. I was simply trying to leave a legitimate review on your page as you deleted the one my friend posted, after she refused your bribe to take it down, and u deleted the review anyway. Which is probs why we were unable to find any bad reviews, when looking into your store. You didn’t give any of us refunds, infact, my friend refused a refund. We are just trying to inform people of the actual quality received here. I am unaware of the age of any of the businesse I have reviewed. I’m simply reviewing the experience I had to inform others of the product I didn’t say anything bad about the artist she was lovely as were u all simply stating that I was disappointed with the results of my tattoo, which people going to a tattoo...

I had literally the most amazing experience at Good Day Tattoo! The service was incredible – everyone was super kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. My artist, Yolo, was amazing! They were so knowledgeable and helped me pick the perfect size and placement for my hip tattoo, taking into account what would suit my body type best. This is my second time getting a tattoo here and it’s safe to say i’ll be back again soon :)

Yolo was patient, detail-oriented, and even made small tweaks to the design to match exactly what I wanted. They went above and beyond, even staying after hours to make sure the tattoo was finished perfectly. The studio itself was super clean, professional, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.

I had an awesome experience at Good Day Tattoo. Hunter was my artist, and she did an incredible job on a tattoo for my lower stomach. Not only is the design exactly what I wanted, but the attention to detail and precision are honestly impressive.
