We sent a bag in for a repair/quality report more than a week ago and was told that we will hear back from LV within a week. The salesperson that served us was named Ada and unfortunately, her attitude towards us was quite disappointing, considering on the reputation of the brand and the amount we have spent in the store. Anyway, she talked to us loudly (in Chinese) and had an annoyed attitude, although she acted completely different to people of other races. She even laughed at us when we asked her about a little abrasion on the wallet, saying it was obviously signs of wear and tear. Fast forward to today, we went into the store to ask about the bag that we sent in for a quality repair report, in case the person that handled this issue (Ada) forgot to contact us when the bag was returned to the store. The first Chinese salesperson we talked to checked the system and said it was probably still not here and they will call us once it arrives. We then went back to the store later on in the day because we wanted to update our contact details and this time, we were served by Danielle, who was very kind and helpful and even helped us to look everywhere for our bag because it said that on the system the bag was actually sent back in store already... Read moreThought just share my observation and interesting experience here. I had couple of items on my watchlist and wanted to check them out before purchase. So I went to the LV queens street store yesterday, the first thing I wanted to see was a decoration poster, and the sales said it’s not available anymore but on the app, it shows available. Anyway that could be tech glitch which I understand.
Second item I wanted to see was a pair of earring, the sales went to bag counter and came back saying not available, again on the app, it says in stock.
Third item was a bag, it was in stock and I purchased it. As soon as I purchased it, the sales found the earring, in the jewelry counter. On the app, it says pearl and that’s why I wanted to see it. Because I know for luxury brand fashion jewelry , they normally don’t use real pearl but resin to make pearl-like beads. I wanted to confirm with the sales the material, and the sales started to educate me that they don’t used real pearl for fashion jewelry.

Read moreToday, I was trying to buy my wife a Christmas present. The staff was helpful and patient. I was going to purchase the last pair of Louis Vuitton shoe. It was the last pair and the shoe has some stains too. I am still keen to buy if the stains can be clean off. I have some problem with my visa card and request to hold the shoe for a few days. The floor manager with no customer service simply say they can't hold it. We have purchased quite a few pieces of limited edition in this shop in the past years. I came all the way from Hamilton. I am truly disappointed with her attitude. If they can take card payment online or through phone, it isn't that bad, but they couldn't. I have to make another trip only if the shoe is available.
