I got a couple of hair cuts here and i loved it so i knew i had 2 weddings coming up and i wanted my hair coloured for them so i booked in for some highlights and i showed exactly what i wanted and i got the opposite i asked for my brown hair to be darker and to have some hightlights. I got my brown hair turned a gingery blonde with highlights on top of that! I then asked to please fix it like the photo and make it darker and she was going to charge me and Extra 80 for her mistake! I couldnt afford that so i just left it and said i would dye it myself. She then still charged me the full price knowning i wasnt happy and i was in tears so my boyfriend went back in am asked for even a bit of discount so i could afford to get it fixed in another salon to which she said no we dont refund. Never have i ever been to a salon that doesnt care if the customer is happy!!!...
