I was a regular here for 3 years. She is the best with nails. I have told many people about her. But her customer care is selective. Over the last 3 years I have spent a lot of money. But for some reason, she only really talks to Korean customers. She will actively talk across me to a Korean person sitting next to me, often for most of the session. She will laugh and entertain them. If it’s just myself and another non-Korean using her services, she is usually not active in talking to customers for longer than the first 2 mins. I tried to be ok with this difference in treatment because she is good with my nails. But she also once got quite physically aggressive and was yanking my hands because her instructions were not easy for me to understand. I started to actually dread my monthly nail appointment because you never knew whether you would get the nice customer service she used to provide or the very “I don’t care” attitude. Chloe is the best! I had my first gel manicure done by her. I had it on for over 8 weeks until I came back to see her & it was still perfect - no stones came off & my nails had grown out quite long, but didn’t start breaking at the sides cos her manicure was that good. Love the monthly nail art event designs - you can choose from 6 different designs & know the set price before you come in. Absolutely flawless - Chloe is detail-oriented & really takes care of her work. Impressed by the quality of the manicure here! Atmosphere is great and very welcoming. You get to sip on tea or coffee while you get your nails done. Very skilled masters that will make your nails gorgeous ! I am positive that they can do whatever your heart desires ! You must book an appointment ! Every month they have 5 specials designs they offer. You could ask to change colors if you wish. So many to choose from ! I got it done in May and choose one of their special and super satisfied !
