Don’t waste your money or time.

My fiancé and I treated ourselves to a “upmarket” spa package to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. Hands down this was the worst massage and spa treatment either of us has ever had.

The spa is cluttered and doesn’t feel clean. The treatment rooms were cold and damp, the ladies had to turn on a heater and place extra towels over us to keep us warm. Our 1 hour massage was the worst we have ever had. On several occasions the masseuse put far too much pressure over bones or joints causing pain. None of our muscular tension was relieved and we felt more tense after. We wanting to leave even prior to our 1 hour facial.

The facial that followed was as bad if not worse. The products were cheap, heavily scented and left the skin feeling irritated and heavy.

Very disappointing considering this cost us over $400 and we left feeling more stiff and sore and...

my Four Hands massage was a completely unique and special experience. The two therapists were very much aligned, in tune and in sync with each other and me creating a balanced, relaxed massage for me that allowed me to completely escape the craziness of the world.

I was totally able to surrender to the whole experience because they are so balanced - ie exactly the same pressure and style so didn't feel like one half of my body was having one experience and the other half of my body another.

I am definitely doing this again, it is worth every, single cent - to the point i tipped $30!

Came in for 1 hr massage. No attention to detail. When my girlfriend and I came in we had to fill out a long form regarding preferences etc. I specifically indicated to focus on feet. This was not the case as massage therapist only spent 15 seconds or so massage them. Whats the point of the long form! Oil was used and not wiped off properly. Loud noises in reception could be heard from massage room.... cost $89 each. Totally not worth it... should have known better than to try out a place that has few higher ratings that appear suspicious.... other places i have been to only charge $50 for an hour and they are way better....
