Nice parantha's but exceptionally dirty place and low standards of cleaniness in Sandringham.When requested the staff to clean the table they got the filthest cloth to clean the table with. On being asked to use a clean cloth they said please don't insult us. Pls don't be hospitality business when you overall standards are super low and are arrogant as if you are doing a customer a favour.

05/07/2021: Responding to your feedback below mate. Indeed your place was very busy as your own staff was the only ones eating food there such as your cook and the serving lady. The table used by us was made available to us by your cook, who, was eating there and made quite a mess after leaving it. Funny in risky times of pandemic you are paying least attention to hygiene and the customer has to remind you of basic standards to maintain cleaniness. The filthy ambience, poor customer service, lack of manners, poor quality standards is enough to impact the reputation of the business. I am surprised in such a state you have even been allowed to run a food service. Absolute shambles and disappointing. Not to mention the overly arrogant staff member. I've bought Curries from them few times , not expecting restaurant quality from $8 curry but I do expect food that's not stale and off.Usually Curries don't go off at least 2 days in fridge, their food has always gone off over night when I store left over in the fridge. You can actually smell that it's off, happened around 3 times I got food from them and today went in to get some pani puri which guy took so long to pack and clearly ignoring all customers walking in. At least two customers were waiting to be served who ended up walking out since they weren't getting attention from staff. My pani puri that he took 15 minutes to pack had literally next to none potatoes or chickpeas in it, I'm taking about 4 chick peas and less than half a teaspoon of potatoes. There was no Sweet chutney either which usually comes with it.

So yeah not expecting some premium quality but if you are running food business I think it's important to meet those deadlines and bad customer service doesn't...

The staff are always genuine with no unnecessary shinanigans, straight as South Asian custom service, which is authentic and no nonsense.
