2 stars because the food is cheap, but you get what you pay for. I did like the paratha A LOT - it was really nice however, the Manchurian was microwaved and water separated from it - this was truly awful. I didn’t receive an order confirmation, so I thought to call the place just to double check. I was greeted by a lady who sounded SUPER sweet, but unfortunately could not really speak English. I tried very hard to talk slowly and use as simple words as I possibly could and she started feeling frustrated and flustered as she could not understand me - fair enough - I would too if I were in her shoes. I didn’t know what to say or do. She then said “speak Hindi” to me. Which I cannot. I then decided to walk over to the place and the lady was unsure about my order but couldn’t really tell me what was happening. She then walked around unsure and then returned and said “10 minutes”. I assumed this meant she is going to make the food. I really felt quite bad as she seemed a little helpless and there was no one there to help her at all. She also did not know how to use the POS system and we waited for so long to pay that she ended up taping anything on the screen and ended up under charging me. I tried explaining to her that I am happy to pay the price that the food is but she just didn’t know what to say and just tapped on the EFTPOS machine. So we just paid and left. I had a somewhat rude experience, ordered a chole bhature. the chole is in the window with other hot foods and I just needed to wait for 2 bhature. Wasn’t very a busy time because it was just people eating not ordering.

All of a sudden a lot a rush of people came, a lot of Indian people who ordered after me got their order before me even though I was waiting 10 to 15 minutes just for bread to be heated.

I understand that there are orders and stuff but deliberately giving our orders away until I was the only person left at this shop and being served last is really not the one because of this you have left a very sour taste in my mouth hence why the poor review.

For example I ordered my food I waited 8 to 10 mins which is fine, 2 people who have been eating already just pays the man for some bhature and the order was instant.

Then got to 10 minutes where a new rush of people come in and started ordering things similar that had bhature and they were served first.

I’m confused if it’s a culture thing? Like as a person do I be rude and tell you to make it for me first or do I sit patiently and wait? I mean no disrespect on your culture but do you people treat others who are not your ethnicity the...

We were nt able to get parking around and thats when we spotted this place open at 10 pm so we hopped in 01.04.2021 We ordered fr Pav bhaji and Dahi puri Bth were dissappointing The pav bhaji was just any mixed pav bhaji and was served with sweet bread The dahi puri had a lot of sweet chutney and just 2% dahi. We dint finish that, we also ordered aloo paratha . It was made and served fresh but was dipped in way too much oil although they do put a piece of butter on it. Also it lacked salt. We were looking to go else where but were unable to gt parking and were looking fr a veg option. The pricing is pretty decent bt the quality is nt that great.
