UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE AT BUTTER CHICKEN FACTORY!!!

I'm still fuming after the horrific experience I had at Butter Chicken Factory on August 13, 2025. I placed a pickup order for Chicken Tikka Masala through Uber Eats, my order id was #A1B09 and things quickly took a turn for the worse. I asked the counter staff to modify my order to remove a small portion of the chicken and make the rest spicy, which they agreed to do. BUT THEN, the chef EMERGED FROM THE KITCHEN, YELLING AT ME LIKE I WAS SOME KIND OF INFERIOR.

"YOU ALWAYS DO THIS!" "I WON'T DO IT!" "YOU'LL HAVE TO PAY EXTRA!" The chef's tone was not just rude, but DOWNRIGHT ABUSIVE.

I asked the counter staff why the chef was speaking so rudely and told them to ask him to speak calmly, but it was too late The damage was done.

And then, I informed counter staff it would be my last order, and that's when the chef's RACISM KICKED IN. 'Don't order, your every demand won't be fulfilled. the FINAL INSULT. The chef had the NERVE to say, "THIS RESTAURANT RUNS BECAUSE OF WHITE PEOPLE, NOT BECAUSE OF INDIANS LIKE YOU." Are you kidding me?! RACISM FROM AN INDIAN RESTAURANT?! It's UNACCEPTABLE.

I think Butter Chicken Factory should put up a sign saying 'Dogs and Indians are not allowed

As I was leaving, the chef YELLED AGAIN, demanding I pay extra for a carry bag. "WE WON'T GIVE YOU A CARRY BAG, GET OUT!" Unbelievable.

BOYCOTT BUTTER CHICKEN FACTORY Until they learn to treat customers with respect and apologize for their chef's behavior, I won't set foot in that place again.

It’s not even worth 1 star but unfortunately on google you have to give at least 1. To begin as soon as we entered there is no hello or anything. Girl at the counter busy on her mobile. Front counter blocked with pile of boxes of Coca Cola so you have to go beside it to place your order. Girl at the counter seems unhappy with everything, terrible attitude. She shouldn’t be working in customer service. Ordered the food and sat on a table. There is no toilet or hand basin for customers in the restaurant! Chhole bhature arrives, I am still not offered the drink I paid for. I ask for it, and the girls slaps the bottle on the table. No sorry, no thank you!. I said thank you walked away and start eating. Chhole Bhature was nice!. But then the Indian style Butter chicken arrived. Omg! The worst butter chicken I ever had! I am disappointed and disgusted at the same time. If this is your Indian style god knows what Kiwi style tastes like. Soup of red colored cream with dry pieces of chicken breast with some sugar syrup that’s it for $18.90.
