The bed was sunken in on one side in the room we stayed in. Some, not all, of the front desk ladies were rude and acted as if we were inconveniencing them by asking for certain services. The rooms are extremely cold and the "fireplace" was the only source of heat and it did not burn well since it was very small. We bought wood from them and they were too big to fit inside and still green so they didnt burn well. We stayed in 2 rooms, suit and the other was standard. They dont give you enough towels or soap for our stay. It was not a good experience and due to how cold it was I was sick the whole stay even while sleepingwith a hat and sweater. The location is good, but I wouldn't ever go back there. Going up the many stairs was exhausting with luggage. Over all its a good location the price is reasonable but if you are looking for comfortable stay i would suggest elsewhere or going during the warmer months to avoid the cold. Quiet and cozy, charming rustic nature vibes with epic views! A nature oasis within a busy city - a breath of fresh air! WIFI & cellular connection not good here - very spotty and inconsistent - unable to maintain consistent video calls for remote working. Lots of stairs to climb, but worth it! Walkable and safe San Blas area has lots of restaurants and shops. Great free breakfast with friendly service and beautiful view. Friendly staff. Fireplace not functioning. Thin walls - can hear the neighbours. Chill, respectful travellers - no loud party vibes. Room 30 was bright, clean, spacious, with lots of privacy, warm blankets, and comfy bed. We absolutely loved our stay here! The views were breathtaking, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious, the hot shower worked perfectly, and the beautiful garden added a peaceful touch to the experience.

It’s worth noting that the room required climbing several stairs, but the hosts were kind enough to assist us with our luggage, which made a big difference.

One of the thoughtful extras was the free tea available in the kitchen—a lovely bonus that we truly appreciated.
