If there is one must not miss restaurant in this neighborhood it's this one. I found it accidentally while looking down at the city from St Cristobal. This venue affords an amazing view of the city. The main square and cathedral sit such that you have a near perfect view of any event being held. I got to appreciate some of the regional dancers parading in front of dignitaries as part of an annual month long celebration in June. The food was excellent. I opted for the ceviche clásico and an ice cold Inca Kola. I have to admit this was one of the best ceviche I've ever had. Not too salty, not too lemony. An appropriately sized portion for one person at a very reasonable price. Service was appropriate for Peru at this price point. Definitely would come again...

Then we ordered food and waited for an hour just to be told they forgot about us when there were 5 people in the restaurant, the service was slow and awful - both waiters were watching video on the phone and then supposedely the owner (a woman) was rude to us and said 200 soles banknote might not be real. Our friend was charging her phone and when I politely said that I am dissapointed in the service she said it’s not their obligation to charge our phone (which we asked about and waiters did it with no problem).
