🙋🏻‍♀️Update 10/01/2025: They lose it… before as you can see below I was over the moon by this place. So after two years I was so excited to go there again to eat. Sadly nothing was how it was… Causa prices are now 50, and the amount of quinoa in the shot they brought was ridiculous. There was almost no liquid it was full of quinoa . Then I ask for a shot and told them this is very dry, they brought me a shot of leche de tigre asking additional 5 soles for it… from the beginning to the end the attitude of the waitress changed a lot and she became rude at the end. On top of everything in order to escape paying tax to the government they take our right to ask for a “boleto electronico”. Food was good but the whole experience quality was on the floor this time. We won’t be going back. ❌❌❌ *Update! Went there again and tasted the beeeest thing on planet! “Causa Andina”. HOW COME THIS PLACE DOES NOT HAVE A HUGE LINE IN FRONT I CANNOT BELIEVE!! Byt I have to admit I would be sad to wait for this food because I would wait for hrs! This is pure art in an undiscovered gem guys just come taste and thank me later! Amazing experience! From the food to the welcoming everything is amazing! This could be the best ceviche I’ve ever had in Peru and believe me Im a ceviche fan and tried it a lot! Initially recommended by a fellow Peruvian tourist based in Lima, always listen to the locals. Generally everything was super fresh, the flavours were awesome, their hot sauce is really good!

Ordered - Trout ceviche - A must order, folks visit this place specifically for this dish. Be warned, the portion is sizable

Fish Tacos - one of the best fish tacos I've ever had, hands down, again, comes in two sizable soft shell tacos

Fried seafood medley - was not a big fan, hence a 4/5 stars score. Would suggest having this dish in your Paracas day tour, the place where they bring you for lunch,...

Anteriormente había comentado que era el mejor ceviche que había probado en Cusco, y quizás sea así, pero después de la última experiencia no volveré y recomiendo no ir. Llegamos y el lugar estaba lleno, por lo que nos tomaron el pedido, pero por la falta de espacio teníamos que esperar, no había problema. Esperamos más de 30 min, cuando logramos ubicarnos se nos acerca el mesero a decir que ya no había ceviche (pese a que él ya había tomado el pedido muchísimo antes). Le dijimos que nos debió de avisar si ya no había en lugar de hacernos esperar tanto tiempo sin decirnos nada. Igual preguntamos si todavía había opcion de comer algo, el mesero entró y supongo que lo consulto con el cocinero, que es el dueño (la verdad no sé). Al escuchar esto el cocinero se puso en actitud muy grosera y levantando la voz, por lo que lo logramos escuchar hasta afuera. Nos acercamos a la cocina para que nos de alguna explicación de su actitud y él de forma muy cobarde bajó el tono, quizá seguir siendo muy malcriado, pero esta vez escondido detrás de su mesa y con la cabeza agachada. Nunca se atrevió a mirarnos o si quiera pedir disculpas. Una persona totalmente cobarde.

La comida puede ser muy buena, pero para nada vale la pena con este tipo de personas.

Si quieren un buen ceviche de trucha tienen la opción de ir a otros sitios como Cuzmo, donde el precio es similar, el local y la atención están muy por encima.

Agrego fotos donde se ve como las personas que lo ayudan tratan de taparlo y él se esconde.

Debo aclarar que en el caso del mesero, no nos faltó el respeto en...
