Florista flowershop — Local services in Malay

Florista is known as the go-to flower shop on the island, especially for weddings. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service was disappointing. Without a wedding planner, it was challenging to communicate with them and receive the attention I needed. It seemed they were more accustomed to handling larger, high-budget weddings, which made me feel overlooked and undervalued due to my smaller budget and minimal setup I was going for.

The pricing felt excessive, especially considering the heavy use of artificial flowers. I was also disappointed by the limited selection of tropical flowers, which are abundant in the Philippines, the high charges and lack of flexibility.

The lisianthus flowers they delivered were beautiful. Their customer service was awful.

First, I told them I wanted the flowers waiting at the hotel when we arrived. They agreed but after I paid they said they would not arrive until after. We were late, so the flowers ended up arriving before us.

They did not send a vase or ask if we needed a vase. I asked them to deliver the flowers to our hotel where we were staying. Did they think we carry around a vase in our suitcase?
