Tourist Trap — Stay Away! I wished I could give zero stars!
★☆☆☆☆ Absolutely the Worst Experience, Meal & Service in Kraków
We had an amazing day in Old Town Kraków and decided to grab lunch at Kebab Faron on Grodzka 41. Big mistake.
The owner (Turkish guy) was shockingly rude — especially toward women. I watched him snap at a lady who politely asked if he could wrap her kebab so the grease wouldn’t leak everywhere. He told her “absolutely not” and literally pointed her toward the door. She felt humiliated. Another customer a middle aged man who had ordered ahead of me also got treated badly, but the women seemed to get it worse.
The food looked awful. He was serving wilted vegetables and old, dried-out meat scraped from the bottom of the shawarma machine. I ordered two plates — chicken and lamb/beef — and made it VERY clear: no spice at all. He told me to wait outside and he’d call me. When he did, both plates were drenched in bright red spice, soggy, and completely inedible.
When I reminded him I’d asked for no spice, he shrugged and told me to deal with it. Another customer even offered to take my plates for himself (and pay him for it) so the owner could make fresh ones. The owner yelled “NO” at him. The customer was shocked and so were we!
We left and tossed the food in the trash — yes, the food we just paid for — and went somewhere else. I wished I had taken a picture of this super greasy food before I threw it out. What should’ve been a nice vacation lunch turned into a frustrating, anger-inducing experience for several people. Three other people who saw what had taken place left the line in horror.
The shop owners next door saw what happened and told me this guys food made them sick and that he had a reputation for mistreating people and bad food. I usually check reviews before I go to a business and I didn’t in excitement of kebabs is krakow. My big mistake.
The photos you see online don’t match the reality. The food is low quality, the service is nasty, and the owner seems to enjoy treating customers badly.

My father and I were hungry after a good start to the day in Krakow we saw the Pharaoh then we said why not, We arrive we take the order and the man interrupts us to drink water and he doesn't even understand English, He asks us what nationality we are then we answer that we are French, he says he knows how to speak French but then he talks nonsense. We perceived this as a lack of respect. Regarding the food it was fast but the waiter made a mistake in both orders. The hot sauce is inedible It has an extremely indescribable aftertaste, And the bread is hard as stone! Furthermore, we asked for towels, but he only gave us one for the two of us. We should review that... It's a shame that we can't give this kind of place 0 stars because it deserves...

My wife ordered from here the previous day and I ordered a different day, both times no stomach issues. The guy who took my order put my kebab in a tortilla but I wanted it in a roll - either he didn’t understand me or they screwed up my order. But it was still very very good kebab. When you order it is super cramped inside so...
