Very nice atmosphere and decor. It's stylish yet not overly fancy. Lighting is great and that creates a comfy and warm feeling. Unfortunately the food and service was a disappointment. We ordered sparkling wine that arrived in white wine glasses. We asked if it's possible to have sparkling wine in tall glasses but the waitress seemed confused to what that is and said there are no other glasses available. Sheep cheese appetizer was great and that's worth recommending. Everything else not. Goat cheese appetizer was very dry and did not seem grilled at all. We informed the waitress which took back the dish and it got a second chance later. Unfortunately it didnt improve. For mains we took deer and duck with potato wedges and beetroot for sides. Both meats were overly dry and definetly not worth finishing. Apple that came with the duck was good and juicy. Beatroot side dish tasted like butter. Potato wedges were very average. Overall, for atmosphere it's nice, but for dining...

What a pleasant surprise!! We came here after other places were full. Because they weren’t full, we were a little worried. I’m Polish and travel a lot and you can say I have very high standards/am bougie especially with Polish food. Our party ordered 4 dishes and shared them all. The highlight were the potato pancakes (placki ziemniaczane). The pancakes maintained their crispiness while the meat was tender and sauce well seasoned. Amazing combo. The potato cheese pierogi were also great but we wish the restaurant would do a sampler so we could try the other flavor too without overdoing it. The other dishes we had were the scallops and the veal shank. They were tasty as well. Definitely wouldn’t sleep on this place. They deserve more attention. Jacob was a great waiter and very nice. The place is very romantic and formal which we weren’t really dressed for, but no one made us feel any type of way about this and we greatly appreciated that. Thank you for a...

A fine cuisine experience in the Center of Krakow. We arrived at this gem of a restaurant after having no luck getting a table at other restaurants around it. Reservations are pretty much required, but after being insistent from the sense that we were going to have a great experience, our group of six was accommodated. Service was impeccable from greeting to dessert. Our appetizers were very good and the perfect size. The fried goat cheese is not to be missed. All of our entrees were fabulously well prepared and presented. We all had desserts that were again well prepared and beautiful, in addition to being delicious. As a bonus, there were plenty of gluten free options for those with dietary restriction as well as a few vegetarian choices. A great unhurried atmosphere, perfect temperature and killer location make this one one of Krakow's favs. Reservations required. Not inexpensive, but worth your...

Had dinner here last week and it was a fantastic choice. We went early and hoped we could get a table seeming that most places require reservations. They were able to fit us in. Please make reservations though. You don’t want to be disappointed by missing out on not eating here. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The decor is super cute and there are many tables throughout the venue. Ideal for both small gatherings or group dinners. The menu options are great. Plenty to choose from and organized very clearly on the menu. We had picked the mushroom soup and it was delicious !! I also had the Beef Tartar and I’m so glad I chose that. Definitely hit all the taste buds and it surely didn’t disappoint. The potato wedges with rosemary were also perfect!

I highly recommend this restaurant in Krakow. Situated conveniently between Wawel Castle and the Main Square, this restaurant has become my favorite in the city. I've consistently experienced top-notch quality in the dishes served here, and I've never been disappointed. Specializing in traditional Polish cuisine with a modern twist, this restaurant offers a delightful culinary experience. Today, I tried the cod fish, and it was truly amazing. However, what sets this restaurant apart is its exceptional staff—always kind and helpful, they enhance the dining experience. It's worth noting that this iconic establishment has been frequented by numerous famous actors and personalities, adding to its allure. If you're in Krakow, this restaurant is a must-visit.

Spotted this restaurant in the old town of Krakow and decided to go in for dinner. Luckily we managed to get a table without booking and promptly shown to our table. For starters we had a trio of breads with different toppings, such as portobello mushrooms, and Parma ham. This was a nice light introduction into our meal and just the right amount to share. For our mains we ordered the Veal Knuckle and the Lamb chops. The presentation of the food was really good and the taste matched the presentation! We decided to both have a dessert, I went for the cheesecake and my partner had the apple pie. Both portion sizes were quite large and felt good value for money. The staff here are really nice and friendly, would recommend coming here for a nice meal out!
