I had a really unpleasant experience at this store due to the extremely rude customer service. I was holding a cap I was planning to buy and browsing some keychains on the second floor when, out of nowhere, a staff member abruptly told me, “You need to leave now, we are closing.” It was exactly 10:45 PM, and I had no idea they closed at 11 PM. I tried to say I just needed to grab one last thing, but she cut me off sharply with, “NO! You need to leave NOW!” I felt completely rushed and intimidated. When I went downstairs and asked how to pay for the cap, another staff member told me I had to go back upstairs to pay — the same area I was just kicked out from.
