KFC Avenida Lluvina — Restaurant in Arona

Quick note before the review, this review was from my experience eating at this KFC 1 year ago but I forgot to post it, the kfc may be better now but I don't know.

DO NOT COME HERE if you listen to my review and come to understand that you shouldn't come here, I am saving you money and time.

THIS KFC IS TERRIBLE!!! I just ate here and paid 38 euros for a family meal which we knew was quite expensive for a KFC but we were hungry and thought we would get a nice big meal from KFC.

The food came and was not big enough to justify the 38 euros but that's not even why its so bad. The 'kentucky' fried chicken was FLAVOURLESS and DRY it was as if they just fried a piece of chicken with no special KFC recipe powder or batter, that's the whole point you go to KFC, for the notorious tasty KFC recipe chicken, if you wanted regular fried bland chicken you'd go elsewhere.

Anyway back to the point the chicken tasted like it was made earlier in the day or maybe a previous day, who knows, it wasn't even hot. The batter was falling off which indicates it wasn't made fresh.

We got 9 pieces of fried chicken I'm sure it was supposed to be 12, some fries which were dry and cold, some cheese and bacon wedges which were actually ok, some cold chicken strips which were edible, some flavourless hot wings and 3 refillable drinks.

The refillable drinks was the best part of the meal. The service was ok but that doesn't make up for the sad...

HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE !! I would not recommend visiting at all! Very dangerous and violent staff especially the security. ¡¡EXPERIENCIA HORRIBLE!!

Went there last night with my family to grab food and the bouncer (who was not wearing any uniform: a tall, large, dangerous, smelly male) was extremely abusive, rude, very aggressive and physically hurt my boyfriend! Staff members saw the bouncer was being aggressive and did absolutely nothing about it and completely ignored.

The staff who served us food were nothing but rude and unhelpful. The chicken was undercooked, dry and the food was cold. I spent €60 on the food only for us to receive nothing but terrible food and poor...

Visited the restuarant the last couple of nights ! First night the chicken was ok ish and got a small portion of chips ! So on the second night I asked for and was charged for a large chips ! The girl threw in a small bag of chips, I mentioned and showed her the receipt and opened the bag to show her they were small ! She insisted they were "Grande" and i pointed to her all the other bags of chips she had ready were the same size ! If I was in the UK they wouldnt have got away with it !
