Unfortunately poor customer service prevented us from trying the chocolates. There was a woman working behind the counter. No greeting when we walked in, no offer to help. Other people walked in behind us and ultimately walked out. I finally asked how it works and what the options were. She semi waved to the boxes, I chose a size, and she opened it up and told me it fits 12. I started looking at the options so I could best choose and literally within seconds she rudely told us the store closes in 5 minutes in a manner meant to suggest we should hurry up. Seems like it would be very reasonable to put 12 pieces of chocolate into a box and ring me up within 5 minutes, but it also seemed like she did not care at all about the sale, so we left. I was walking along C/ de Petritxol in Barcelona and I noticed this chocolate boutique. I gravitated towards the hot chocolate.

I tried a small cup of the hot chocolate. Immediately I knew that this is one of the best hot chocolates I have ever had. Wondrous!

I started to talk to the salesperson and she said that all their products are from farm to store. They own their own farm.

I bought a few of their truffles to try out. They were excellent. Other than the outstanding taste, it gave me instant euphoria. Wow!

My only regret is that I was not able to go back to this store. I would have loved to buy a lot more truffles and bring home.

They are that good.

The BEST place for chocolate in Barcelona! The woman working was so lovely! She helped me pick out chocolates for my family and talked me through all the different options. I speak Spanish and when I didn't know how to say "raspberry" in Spanish she provided translation. She wrapped everything in a beautiful gift box and let me pick out a post card to go with it. She even offered to hold the chocolates for me during the day if I wanted to walk around and shop elsewhere so that they wouldn't melt in the heat! The chocolate and the people are amazing here. I...
