Absolutely awful experience — avoid this store at all costs if you don’t speak Spanish.

I was blatantly ignored for over 10 minutes, even after I made it clear multiple times that I needed help. The staff didn’t care at all. They just stood around doing nothing — completely uninterested in offering any assistance.

What’s worse, they were more than happy to serve Spanish-speaking customers who walked in after me, while I was left standing there, being invisible. In a place like Europe, where queuing and fairness are expected, this was absolutely shocking.

Let’s be real: if you don’t speak Spanish or look like a local, they’ll treat you like you don’t belong there. It’s not just poor service — it borders on racial or language-based discrimination.

To top it off, when I picked up a €50 item, they snatched it from my basket and brought it to the counter like I was trying to steal it — and then went straight back to standing around, doing nothing to help.

This is not just bad customer service — it’s hostile, unwelcoming, and completely unacceptable. If I wasn’t in a rush to catch my flight, I would’ve taken my money somewhere else — somewhere that actually respects and values customers, regardless of what language they speak or where they come from.

The best service I have had in Barcelona. I have visited other Druni shops but was disappointing. This is the one if you want to go home in a great mood!! Special thanks for WIAM for helping me to choose foundation and perfume. I asked to try different shades on my face and she was super helpful and nice. Also JENIFFER helped with cosmetics and DAHIANA ( cashier) gave me a small present )) When I was about to leave , they gave me a nice scented flower.
