I went to the shop yesterday night and was so excited to shop. Two sales people were working and both were in the cash register so couldnโt get help from them so I just shop by myself even though had some questions about the products. While I was picking up the product from the bottom shelve, my winter jacket hit the bottles of olive oil so broke the two bottles. Immediately, I apologized and told them, I was willing to pay for the damages but the guy was so upset and gave me such an attitude. I totally understand how annoying and upset this kind situation so said several times how sorry I am but he was just looking at the broken bottles and didnโt say anything. I felt so sorry... so bought more than what I expected also paid for the two broken bottles. When he was packing, I asked bubble wrap for the plastic items but he said thatโs only for the glass bottles. By mistake or purpose, I have no idea... he charged me one more item too, so I talked to the guy but he didnโt say sorry and just tried to refund so I said โitโs ok, I will get another oneโ They both were so rude and made me feel terrible... they ruined my day.
Today, I went another branch โAceite de Oliva y Cosmรฉtica natural - La Chinata Barcelonaโ. This place was bigger and spacious, also the sales people were so nice and welcoming. I end up buying more items in this place because the price is decent and quality is not bad. Pls shop from other branches...

The female staff members were extremely rude. Even when I was paying, their facial expressions were unpleasant. I visited about an hour before closing time, so I thought they might be stressed because there were a lot of customers, but their attitude was still awful.
On the other hand, the male staff member was very kind and polite, and he could even speak a little Korean, which was a huge contrast to the female staff.
Because of the female staff, my desire to buy anything significantly decreased. When I was at the register, I paid with my card, put it back in my wallet, and was told to quickly take my items and move aside, as they were visibly angry with me. If you treat customers like that, you shouldnโt be working here. Because of you, my trip to Spain has become very unpleasant and left me with a bad feeling. (She is the female staff member who was wearing a red sweater when I visited at 8 PM on January 15th.)
Las empleadas femeninas fueron extremadamente groseras. Incluso cuando estaba pagando, sus expresiones faciales eran desagradables. Visitรฉ aproximadamente una hora antes del cierre, asรญ que pensรฉ que podrรญan estar estresadas debido a la cantidad de clientes, pero su actitud seguรญa siendo terrible.
Si tratan a los clientes de esa manera, no deberรญan trabajar aquรญ. Debido a ustedes, mi viaje a Espaรฑa ha sido muy desagradable y me ha dejado una sensaciรณn muy mala. ย ย ย Read moreLet me share an incident with you all that happened on my last day in Barcelona. This event really 'completed' my journey beautifully. I accidentally dropped a few hundred Euros in a small, tiny zip plastic bag (about the size of a small pocket tissue) without even noticing. It happened in one of the very popular olive product shops (La chinata) which was so busy. Despite the high crowd flow, the cashier came up to me and asked if I had lost my money. I didnโt even know until she showed it to me! I was so grateful for her kind act. I had been told numerous times to be very cautious of pickpockets and thieves in Barcelona.
Besides, the products that I bought ranging from skincare to olive oil are so good quality and...
