SanoVation Barcelona Leather Jackets & Belt Boutique — Local services in Barcelona

I purchased a few leather belts only 3 months ago and the 'leather' has started peeling. It seems to me that they are coated with some sort of thin plastic coating... I would not recommend buying belts from this shop.

Update Sept 2022: I was in Barcelona and had a chance to go back to this shop to request replacement of the 6 belts I purchased earlier. They had stopped selling this cheaper line of belts and were now offering 2 new lines at 15€ or 30€ per belt. The cheaper line looked no better than what I had purchased, so I requested replacement of the 6 belts with the better quality ones. I was initially told I could have 2 of the new belts, but would have the pay the difference of 12€. After some negotiation, they finally agreed to give me 3 belts with no further money changing hands. So far, after about a month of use these new belts appear to be much better, but in my opinion they are certainly not worth 30€.

I have now changed my score from one star to 3 stars to reflect the fact that the shop owner has replaced the faulty belts. But my initial recommendation stands: I would still not buy belts from this shop. The cheaper range won't last beyond a few months and the more expensive range is very limited and at 30€ is...

I bought a sheep-skin leather jacket in black in September 2020. The seller (Bati) was friendly. The jackets were really cheap. I got mine for 80€. The leather feels very soft and comfortable to wear. But you get what you pay for. They are not well sewn. The zippers at least in my jacket look like washed-out but unevenly. It seems like the metal was in contact with a chemical substance or it is just very poor quality. After I used one of the push buttons the very first time, the material torn in that region. And now I have to figure out how to fix it.

The seller says you get the best quality for low price. When I asked him "what about the zippers" he told me, that "zippers are from YKK - best company worldwide" but that's not true. Its the company with the biggest production but provides different kinds of quality from expensive to very low pricy.

When you're looking for just a cheap leather jacket - I think SanoVation is an interesting Brand but don't expect to get really good quality for low price. It's the same like everywhere. Depending on what quality you're expecting I would...

SanoVation is a hidden gem with high quality leather products in great variety, design and colours. Since it was my partner’s birthday and she’s always been a huge fan of leather jackets, we bought two of them for a ridiculously low price since Bati, one of the owners, was so generous and gave us a huge discount. We bought two gorgeous leather jackets for 170 €, which is incredible. And to top it off, he let me choose a leather belt for free. Great place, great people, great products. We highly recommend!
